SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Your parcel is ready to leave our premises within the next working day of your order. Exceptions apply only to some of our products like belts or bags. All these exceptions are noted, if applicable, in their product description section.

 

Shipping in Cyprus:

All deliveries are being handled by Akis Express and Geniki Taxydromiki. The delivery timings vary depending on the area you live in but you should receive it within 2-3 days. 

 

When the parcel leaves our offices, you receive an email including the tracking number of your delivery. If the courier service cannot find you in the address given, the parcel stays at the closest store for 7 days in order for you to pick it up. If you don’t, the parcel returns to us. You can select the parcel to be picked up from the courier store from the beginning when you complete your purchase. 

 

For orders whose total value exceeds 50 euros are made without shipping costs, regardless of the quantity of your order. The charge for orders with a total value of less than 50 euros is 3,50 euros per shipment. 

Shipping in Greece:

 

Shipments to Greece are made with GENIKI TAXIDROMIKI Courier with shipping costs 8,00 euro per shipment, delivery in 3-5 working days depending on the area you live.

Free delivery with purchases above 100 euros.

 

International Shipping:

We now ship to 27 countries within the EU.

UEurope – €18 (door to door via EMS Datapost).

United Kingdom - €10 (door to door via EMS Datapost).

UNITED KINGDOM

Extra duties and customs may be applied upon delivery by the shipping carrier and are calculated based on the items, the destination and the value of your purchase. Payment of these are required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Tips for all shipping

  • Please don’t forget to add your mobile number so that we can reach you for any inquiries and/or the on demand delivery for international shipping.

  • Add any comment (different name at the bell, preferred time slot for delivery etc.) at the comment section before you place your order

  • If the delivery is to arrive at your office, don’t forget to include the company name

  • No deliveries during weekends or public holidays

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email.  In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. All expenses for the returns are paid by the customer.

 

All goods must be in there original resalable condition and the receipt is included in the returned package.

 

We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in the original condition.

 

All returned packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit.

For all international returns please follow the next steps:

 

Send back the items you wish to return. You need to enclose the receipt and filled-in return form. You need to use a trackable, secure courier service of your choice and pay for the safe return of the parcel to our HQ offices in Limassol, Cyprus

 

Then send us a mail at info@cintreconceptstore.com  with your name, tracking number and courier service you are using.

 

Important Notice:

 

Products on 50% sale can be exchanged only with sale products and not with new arrivals.

The return must be made within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days.

 

Your credit voucher is valid 30 days from the day you received the order.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it. It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse in Cyprus, depending on your location and which postal service you use. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). The refund typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return.
